What is a Couples Intensive?
Couples Intensives are an intimate two-day relationship transforming, psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational event reserved and tailored for one couple at the costs of $3,400. The 15-hour intensive is equivalent to 4-6 months of couples therapy condensed into 2 days, jumpstarting your progress so you can get back to loving, building, and growing.
In a safe, private, and ‘contained healing space’ we will explore attachment histories, trauma, sex, personality, emotions, expectations, and beliefs. During the intensive, amongst other systems modalities, I utilize theories of Gottman Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting Therapy, and the ‘F*&K Sex’ sex therapy model. Your personal intensive includes;
(1) attachment based couples assessments, (2) clinical review of assessments, (3) customized intensive treatment plan (derived from couples stated problems and goals, assessment results, clinician theoretical practice/expertise, brain science, and second-order change—evidenced based psychotherapy models), (4) joint sessions, (5) relationship building exercises, activities, and teachings, (6) individual session(s) for each partner, (7) intensive workbooks and materials, (8) shipping and handling (online intensives only), plus (9) follow-up joint session scheduled for after the intensive.
Intensives are arranged with Wendolyn Ross, MS, IMFT, LPC as your relationship coach, not as your couples therapist. It is encouraged that after your intensive (only if needed), you contact a therapist local to you for couples psychotherapy.

If you prefer to lock down dates prior to committing, once intensive date arrangements have been made, you will be redirected to the below link to officially pay for and reserve your intensive.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to two weeks before retreat will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee, $29 assessment fee, and possibly a $340 personalization fee if therapist has already scored and clinically reviewed assessments, and customized your intensive. These fees will not be assessed if you are rescheduling your weekend. If cancellation is less than 2 weeks you may transfer your fee to another available date, or another couple, to be used within one year from the date of your initial dates. There will be no refunds for no shows or early departures.
